Janet López is a Chicago based multidisciplinary artist and educator working across disciplines
of metalworking, videography, fiber, digital storytelling and creative writing.
López received a Bachelors in Fine Arts with a focus in Sculpture and Fiber and
Material Studies and a Masters in Arts Teaching from the School of the Art Institute Chicago.
Lopez has exhibited work at SITE Galleries, Chicago Art Dept and Galeria De La Raza.
Her experience as an arts educator has strengthened her skillset to design creative curriculum for inner-city youth.
